nest thermostat

I have two of the nest thermostats one for the bottom part of my home and one for the top part of my house and since Friday of last week they cool down my home around the early morning 2am then they jump offline and when I call in to the Google nest they told me tonight that they couldn’t help me to call ac company because I have a heat pump until. Is this common?

To clarify, is it still showing offline on one of your Nest Thermostats? If so, I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps for when your thermostat went offline. Also, gather its power readings in the Technical Info settings. This is to check if it's a power-related issue.
