Google nest thermostat Gen.3

How do I get google to honor my warranty I've tried everything and my nest doesn't see the network at all. It use to work just fine since I purchased the thermostat back in Sep. Of 2022 

 

So where can I send my nest to for repairs or replacement

If you've already tried all the steps listed in the help article below, the best thing to do is contact the Google Nest support team directly. Let the agent know the steps you've already tried.

Troubleshoot setup: thermostat doesn’t show your Wi-Fi network - Google Nest Help

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Thermostats", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
