This thermostat was installed by the maintenance  in my apartment, and threw away the steup with QR code away by accident... need help

If you pull the thermostat away from the base, there should be a QR code and a setup code printed on the back of the device. You can see the code in this video https://youtu.be/Gcko5IrB1AY?t=185
