Lost wifi connection and then my thermostat froze. I read about removing it and re-adding it. I went to re add it and it asked for my passcode on the thermostat. I can't remember the passcode on the thermostat. I can't re add it to the app without the passcode to unlock the thermostat. I have access to my app ect. just not the passcode on the thermostat itself. The thermostat is no longer a listed device to access its settings. Please help

You will either have to factory reset the thermostat, which will result in complete data loss, or contact nest support directly for help. Sorry, wish I could help more!
