I migrated my Nest account to Google some time ago - I can see that on the Nest app on my phone. However, when I try to log in from a web browser, it just kicks me to the log in screen again. This happens on multiple browsers. When I ask to reset my password on the Nest account, I never get the reset email.
I've seen other people complain about this. It seems like a basic function that needs to work.

If you migrated your account, are you using the "Sign in with Google" button on home.nest.com. What happens when you do that?

I am presented with a list of Google accounts to choose from (I have a few). I select the account and I am immediately sent back to the sign in page.

Does it do the same thing if you try in an incognito/private browsing window?

Thanks for reaching out. Were you already try choosing sign in with Nest instead of Google? If not, please do so and use the same credential you're using. If the issue persists, continue by selecting forgot password, and follow the prompt.
