where can I buy a replacement heatlink?

i have a heatlink dead in the water, no lights, cannot reset or re-pair. 

There doesn't seem to be a spares option for this in the nest stores.

anyone got any ideas?

I have exactly the same issue just confirmed by an electrician.  He suggest emailing Google, but I can't find an appropriate address

if you log in to your nest portal  via the web browser, u can follow the support options and use the online chat. I ended up diagnosing the fault with a technician and they agreed to send out a replacement unit, I received the RMA paperwork into my gmail account within minutes.  whole process took around 30 mins. U have to provide your google nest account details so they can see the details from their side including address details etc etc.
