I have a Trane thermostat with Cooling and 2 stage heat. I have wired it up but when the Cooling should be on it is blowing heat. I found the wiring manual for the original thermostat and confirmed the wiring for the nest.

You have a heat pump system and must use the labels at the bottom.

Give this wiring a try,

White - W1 to W2/AUX

Green G to G

Orange - O to O/B

Blue - B to C

Yellow - Y to Y1

Red - R to Rc (jumper to RC not needed)

@Patrick_Caezzathat corrected the cooling issue. When I tested the heat I wasn't getting any hot air but will retest in the morning.
