New install gen 3 thermostat

Just installed nest gen 3, coming from carrier infinity touch thermostat, Red, green, yellow white wire, nest shows cooling in on but outside compresser is not running, what am I doing wrong?

Hvac company added c wire and wired it for conventional set up, now all is good!
