Adding a Wifi point to my mesh

I purchase a new wifi point model NLS-1304-25 to add to my Home mesh system.  I already have 4 points that are working correctly.  I open my app and open the + to add a device.  I choose Goode Nest and select my home.  It finds the new device and asks if i would like to setup.  I have said yes several times but it keeps creating a new wifi instead of letting me add to my current system.  I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly.

What model of Wifi point are your existing 4 points? Google Wifi, Nest Wifi point, Nest Wifi router, or Nest Wifi Pro?

The new model you've bought is a Google Wifi point so should work fine with either Google Wifi or Nest Wifi, but not Nest Wifi Pro.

Did you buy the new model from the same place/location/country as your existing Wifi points?
