Adding new Wifi point (original 3 US, adding a UK point)

SPA

I'm trying to add a third Wifi point to my existing network. (Initial 3 have been bought and purchased in the US, fourth is now in the UK, not sure if that is an issue) Not sure on the "Gen label" either, Gen 1? The round ones, not being Nest...

The APP finds the point, asked me to scan the barcode but then fails to connect.

First prompt is "Google Home" Wants to Join Wifi Network Set up 15....?

I click on Join

Error message is "Unable to join the network "setup15..."

Not really sure what to do? I want this to be aded to my network, not start a new one?

Any ideas?

Many thanks!

Due to different Wi-Fi regulations around the world (frequencies, signal strength etc.), combining EU/ UK points with US points won't work. Your only option for a reliable setup is to have all your equipment match the region you're in. So either US or UK pucks only. There is a lot of posts about this, so just search here or on Reddit if you need more info.
