After factory resetting all devices unable to reset network in google home

I factory reset my google nest devices after google home told me that the nest router had been factory reset and should be removed. Now I am unable to restart google nest because google home gives me no way of resetting the network per its own instructions.

Hey @LizC1 .

Can you clarify what you are needing assistance with? You first stated you reset the network but then stated there's no way to reset it in the Home app. I want to make sure I am assisting you with the correct issue.
