Can't connect my nest point

I bought  a Nest  Router and a point . 
it is impossible to finish the mesh on my point.

i have been done everything that is recommended by the manufacture and all the advices of the community 

what else i can do?

I’m having the exact same issue. I even called google customer care and was on call with them for 2 hours and they couldn’t resolve.

What google answer at the end???

my problem still persist

Not found any solution

Can't understand that Nest can give a solution, i'm not the only one that have this problem.

Hi J1957,

 

Sorry about the setup issues you're having. I know how frustrating it can be when tech isn't working right. Let's get this worked out. I do have a few suggestions for you to try. Apologies if you have already tried some of these steps.

  • Try setup with the point next to the main router. Then once setup completes, you can move it to where it will be used.
  • Try disabling bluetooth on your setup device during the setup process.
  • If you use a VPN or web traffic filtering service, try disabling that during setup.
  • If you have access to another device (tablet or spare phone), try completing setup on that device.

If you have given all these a try and are still having issues, please let me know.
