Cannot connect printer and NAS to new Google WiFi router.

I had a Zyxel router and a set top box set up by my internet provider, Cincinnati Bell (now AltaFiber). AltaFiber provides my internet, TV, and phone services. When I decided to add two more TVs to the house, I was upgraded to Google WiFi (with TiVo). This configuration eliminated the need for set top boxes for each TV. I just needed to purchase Amazon Firesticks for the additional TVs.

Prior to the equipment upgrade, I had a NAS device connected to my network and two networked printers. The technician who set up the primary television, etc. told me to simply plug the NAS into the extra LAN port on the Google WiFi router and I would have access to the drive as before. He also told me to simply change the Wi-Fi settings on my printers to connect to the new network configuration.
Unfortunately neither of these worked. I cannot access the NAS and one of the printers will not connect to the new Wi-Fi network. I can access my other networked PCs. I am quite familiar with setting up a home network and knew I needed to change the Wi-Fi settings on all devices connected to the new configuration. The printers "see" the SSID of the network but only one of them will connect. The network "sees" the NAS but I cannot access it from any of my pcs.

Searching through the forum, I found a post that is very similar to my own but involves the Google Nest, not the Google WiFi "puck" I was supplied with from AltaFiber. I don't know if the Nest solution would work for my set up. I am also wondering if I need to add a separate router, connected to the Google WiFi router, to access my NAS. I am not at all sure what to do with the printer. It sees the SSID but will not connect. As with the NAS, it worked before the upgrade.

AltaFiber has not been able to help, at least not yet. I am trying to get someone from the company to work with me on this.

Make sure the network is using wpa2 and not wpa3 for password encryption. If you plug a computer  to the wire where your NAS currently is, can you access it? If not it sounds like the Google "router" is isolating the LAN from the wifi.

For more ethernet ports on Nest Wifi, add an unmanaged switch:

It should be wired like so:

I don't work for Google.
