Cannot set up Google Next to Spectrum and a Arris 1602. Need help?

Not able to set up Google Next to Spectrum cable and a Arris 1602 modem.

I'm sorry for the issues you're having while trying to get your network set up. I imagine that's frustrating. I'll be happy to help you out with this so we can find a fix for you.

I do have a few questions for you.

• Is this a new modem, or did you have it before the Nest WiFi?
• Are you getting any error messages or codes during the setup?
• Where in the setup process is it failing?

IF you could let me know a bit more, I'm sure we can get this worked out. I look forward to hearing back.
