Hi, I just wanted some help. I currrently have Ubiquiti access points in my home and just wanted to add a little more coverage in one area. Would the Google Wifi mesh router work with this to extend the signal to the outdoors?

Thanks,

Hi, kavit88.
I just wanted to jump in real fast to see if you saw MichaelP's reply and to see if you still needed some help on this or if you were able to get it sorted out. If you are still needing some help, just let us know and we'll be happy to continue helping.
Thanks.

Hello @kavit88

Google WiFi is really intended to be the only WiFi system in a home. The first Google WiFi unit installed must be connected to your internet service via Ethernet. It is not a "WiFi Extender".

Apologies should have replied earlier, thanks for the help. I think as I have already hardwired access points I will get an extender for now for a weak signal area and look to hardwire another access point in later.
