I can not connect my Nest to WiFi, I continue to get the Error 83905, I have done the factory reset, I have changed my language on the phone to US English and still no luck. I have been unable to use this device for months. Please help. Thanks Cathy

Where do you live (country)? Where did you buy your unit(s)? How does internet get to the cable that you plug into the Nest Wifi router? Do you get internet connection, and what IP do you get if you plug that same cable into a PC/ laptop?

That being said, I have no idea what that specific error code means. Doesn't it peovide any more info? Maybe a Google rep can swing by and enlighten us.

Thanks for the tips. I am in Canada, the Nest was a gift so not sure where is was purchased, Nest was working just fine up until a few months ago. I have been through the guides but not luck. Do you know how I can connect with a Google rep? I would love to but I haven't seen anywhere that i can actually do that. I wonder if it is an issue created when my email provider (Telus) merged with Google possibly or something to do with my Google Account but I am grasping at straws now. Thanks again. Cathy
