I want to run all my ethernet through a switch that would be connected to the Google Nest Router.
I set up my Google Nest Wifi and the wifi portion works well and was easy to set up but I am unable to get an unmanaged 8 port switch to work with the Nest WiFi LAN port. I tried connecting my laptop directly to the LAN port and does not work with just the MacBook either. Help!
Sorry for the issues you've had getting your switch working. I'll be happy to help with that. Could you explain to me how you're doing the wiring? I use a similar setup with my Nest WiFi too, so we can compare notes a bit and make sure we're wired up the same way.
