Google Nest Wifi Not Connect

Dear Edward,
 
I don’t know why i cant reply the previous thread anymore (attached pic)
 
I ‘m sure i dont set any schedule turn on/off for the wifi network or set family or guest network as well. 
All setting is default. 
 
Today the Nest Point suddenly cannot connect to the Router. Despite resetting the point many times. It cannot connect. The other google home speaker dont reply to me also but i still control the volume of them via my phone.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that your Google Wifi point is now offline. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

 

  • What's the light status of your Google Wifi point?
  • How far is it from the parent point when you tried to set it up again?
  • What message are you getting when it fails to set up?

- The poin mostly no light, sometimes white light

- the point 5 meters away to the router. The router is cabled to the modem

- No message

Thanks for the response. Just to isolate the issue, could you try resetting it back to the factory defaults again and try to set it up next to your Google Wifi parent point?
