Google Nest mesh router broke , top part came off automatically

I have  been using Google nest Wi-Fi system mesh router since Sept 22, Model GJ2CQ. when observed this mesh router was offline, when i picked it up  the top part  came apart in the middle.still showing bright white light but shows as offline on google home. After power recycle still showed as offline.. when i removed it from google home , not able to add it to network again.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.. thank you
