Hi I have Google WiFi Mesh network with three pucks, all bought at the same time. I also bought a single, 4th puck to add to the network to provide better coverage for spot with low reception. When I try to add the puck via Google Home, I start setting up the device:
- Google home finds the device, then asked me to scan the QR code, which I do.
- I get a "Google home wants to join wi-fi network setup?????" message, which I approve.
- Then, a "connection failed" message does not have connectivity" message
- I then connected the 4th point by ethernet cable to the modem via the ethernet cable to another open port with the intent of moving it afterwards. Same process again with same results.
Any ideas? this 4th unit bought separate from the others will not connect properly to the mesh

Hi @FlagshipOne
Did you buy your original Wifi points and the new Wifi point from the same country / place of purchase?
You may already have tried some of these steps but I'll link to them in full:
Troubleshoot setup: Google Wifi, Nest Wifi or Nest Wifi Pro - Google Nest Community
