Google WiFi connection issues

My google WiFi network stopped working, I have reset everything back to factory. Blue light is pulsing. I can connect to access device, put in WiFi name and password, it asked where the device is, I choose a location then goes to check for update and keeps saying Problem Connecting Please check you are online.

Cat five def has internet connection, can anyone help

• Do you use any VNP or web filtering services?
• What device are you using for setup (iOS or Android)?
• Do you have any other devices that can run setup, such as a tablet or a backup phone?
