I don’t know where to start.. For the better part of a year the network worked fine but since mid to late Nov 2021 our Wifi has been almost unusable.. I have 5 nest wifi devices. 2 pack and a 3 pack. Google replaced the 2 routers and still terrible Wifi. Wifi drops or is very slow and poor after working just fine. Support is always “escalating” my case but no help aside from the replacements and occasionally adjusting my DNS settings.. I have Modem > Router 1 in the front of the house, then point in the kitchen, then router 2 in the back of the house, then a point in our garage and a point in our guesthouse. Mesh test is usually green all across but has been inconsistent, like the service. There has got to be an answer as to why the wifi is so bad all the sudden. With $500 tied up in product that’s just over a year old, this should not be happening..

Thanks for your reply and help. I think by the 100th call, after trying everything, we changed the name and pw of the wifi network and that seems to have cleaned up a lot of the issues. Still having some drops but do not have the time to troubleshot. Hoping for a better working network going forward.

Hi, Joelittle.
Thanks for updating me on that progress. I'm happy to hear it's better, but the drops are concerning still. How often are you seeing those drops occur on your network?
