Hi
I have a home network with 4 Google Wifi 1st gen. Two stopped working as the Google Home app said are not connected anymore. Both had the white light on it, but not any device were to connecting to those.
I decided to factory reset them with the button on the back. I moved the non working routers closer to the main one (with internet signal/cable attached). Now the router starts on "solid blue" and later they move to "pulsating blue". At that moment I tried to configure them with the Google Home app and does not get recognized at all. After some time of pulsating blue, the router changes back to "solid white".
Any tips about it?

Have you tried with the Google Home app from a different phone or tablet running Android or iOS? Must be logged in with the same Google account as the one used to configure your existing network.
Other than that:

Hi
I posted a long story, but when I clicked "reply" it asked me to logon, it loose session and I lost the reply.
Long story short... (I'm copying this text before clicking "Reply")...
The next day the two Google Wifi started to do the "pulsating blue". I run to configure them, it went ok, but on the last step it said an error happened. That happened to both Google Wifi's. The Google home app reported that the two Google Wifi's were not working fine and not connected to the network. I just leave them plugged and just leave them there frustrated. After two days both Google Wifis started to show again on the Google Home app as part of the network and now I see some devices connected to it.
I think I'm ok now, but thanks for the guides.
Regards

Hey, Martini.
Thanks for the update. Sorry about the lost first reply! I'm glad things are working for you now. Actually, you giving it time was actually the next thing I was going to suggest, but you got there on your own. Good work.
As we have a resolution on this one, I'm going to go ahead and close up the thread. If you need any more help, please feel free to open a new discussion.
Thanks.
