Google home wifi says router not connected, can't run speed or mesh test, but connection works fine

Google home wifi says router not connected, can't complete or run speed or mesh test, but the connection works fine.  Several other 3rd party speed tests show connection is very fast; over 200mbps down and stable 11 to 12mbps up.

Seems to be something to do with migrating from Google Wifi to Google Home wifi section; last succesful speed test was October 2021.   Not a big problem but just feel I've done somthing wrong in migrating to the Google Home app.

I have the same issue. All WiFi points working fine and internet ok, but Home App showing entire network offline. This was previously working fine, seems to have started in the past week or so.

Tried restarting network several times.

Yup, I have the same problem.  I can't run a mesh test or an internet speed test.  However all of my internet seems to be working fine.

As annoying as it sounds, i unplugged the main puck for 30 seconds, plugged it back in and everything fine again since.

Thanks.  I tried that, but I'll give it another go. Thanks again.
