I have connected first Google wifi 1304 to T-Mobile 5G Gateway. I included two other Google wifi 1304s and mesh is established. I wanted to include a fourth Google wifi 1304 to mesh with the system, but it never gets included even after so many attempts. It never gets beyond getting recognized by the app. Help is required to finish meshing

Thanks for reaching out to the community, @bsp1315. I apologize for the delay in responding.

I understand you're having trouble adding a fourth Google WiFi 1304 to your mesh network. Let's work on getting it connected!

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Update the Google WiFi App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Google WiFi app downloaded on your phone or tablet.
  • Force Close and Reopen the App: This can sometimes resolve app glitches. To force close the app, refer to your specific phone or tablet instructions.
  • Placement: Ensure the new Google Wifi point is within a reasonable range of another mesh point for a strong signal. Avoid placing it too close to your T-Mobile 5G Gateway or other electronic devices that might cause interference.
  • Power Cycle Your Network: Unplug your modem, router, and all Google Wifi points from power for 30 seconds. Then, plug them back in one at a time, starting with the modem and waiting for each device to fully boot up before plugging in the next.
  • Factory Reset (if necessary): If the above steps don't work, consider resetting the new Google WiFi point to factory settings. There's usually a small reset button on the device itself. Refer to the Google WiFi manual for specific instructions on locating the button and performing the reset process.

hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

All the best,

Jorge
