Google wifi mesh

I got my mesh system today  the main one works great but each time I attempt to add a point it changes my wifi to the point and does not connect  any ideas

Can you elaborate on "it changes my Wifi to the point"?

So let’s say the point is sas12345. It changes my phone Wi-Fi to that which is not hooked up

 I fixed it by using a android phone and not my iPhone.

Google state that the Home app should work well on an iphone (provided the iphone is connected to the same wifi network that you are trying to connect the mesh point to)

Hi, everyone.

I wanted to jump in real fast on this one. First, I'm glad you were able to get things set up, Brandon1. As for the iOS issue, it is a known issue that is being worked on internally. It appears to have to do with proximity and bluetooth usage during setup. For anyone seeing similar issues setting up on iOS, one workaround is to have all the devices in the same room during setup and then place the points where they will be used after setup.
