So I have a 2 story home, the router is on the main floor connected to the router via Ethernet cable, when I run a speed test it shows my full 300mbps. My other 2 points are up stairs approximately 15-20 feet from the main point, on both upstairs points I am getting 100mpbs. Can someone help me resolve this issue? What can I do for all points to get close to 300mbps.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Wifi speed when you're connected to your Google Wifi points. To isolate the issue, could you try doing a mesh test to check if they have a good connection? You could also check this link to learn more about the placement of your Google Wifi points.

Both points reading great connection, still only getting 100mbps on both points. When I have 300mbps internet

Spoke to tech support and there was nothing you guys could do to fix my problem. Not even offer to send me another point as courtesy to see if more points solves the issue. My home 2200sqft, with 3 points 4500sqft coverage should be more the enough to cover me.Pretty much waste of my $200 and crappy product!
