Google wifi purple light cannot solve

I have two google wifi, one is main (no problem) and the other one show the purple light (developer mode), I find the method to solve on internet as below:

After do all, the wifi still show the purple light, how can I do?

Hi Simonckh,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with taking your Google Wifi out of the developer mode. If you haven't yet, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Unplug the Google Wifi from the power outlet.
  2. Press and hold down the factory reset button.
  3. Plug the Google Wifi’s power cord to an outlet while holding the button down.
  4. Hold the button down for about 15 seconds, don't release until the light turns blue.
  5. Unplug the Google Wifi from power for 15 to 20 seconds.
  6. Plug the Google Wifi back into a power outlet, may take one to two minutes to power back on.

cannot solve the problem after do your step as above. Whatever ai do, the router show the flashy purple light finally.
