Hi. I posted the same issue on Jan 28th 2022 but I am unable to post reply on that thread, thus starting a new conversation here.
It was working well and then suddenly from yesterday (Monday April 17th 2023) everything just crashed. The puck connected to the modem became extremely unstable. Loading a simple webpage takes ages, online activities we used to do became impossible. We literally do not have wifi at home at this stage. The other 3 pucks upstairs completely disconnected and pulsing red all the time. Tried to restart network, disconnected all the pucks, also restarted the pucks in Home app, closed and opened app again etc.
What is the issue that caused this sudden crash? We didn’t have any unusual activity at home, nothing changed nothing added.

There are a number of things that can cause this scenario so it is hard to say the cause without a deep dive into the device logs. These articles should be able to assist:
What the light on your Wifi device means
Factory reset your Wifi device
Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you are in need of more assistance.

Hi Lovely and Rachel. I factory restarted all of them a few times and it worked. It’s been stable the last 2 days.
