I’m trying to connect two google wifi points. I have successfully connected the google router but the google wifi points will not mesh for love nor money. I keep getting the connection failed message. I’ve done numerous Factory resets and reloaded the google home app too. We bought the router and points in the UK and used them all successfully in our home there. We then moved to NZ where we are trying to set them up in our new home. Any help gratefully received as there is no google support at all here in NZ.

Hello, Sharlene.
I'm sorry for the issues you've been having trying to get your Google WiFi set up after your move. I imagine that's been frustrating. I looked into it for you, and the issue is that New Zealand is not a supported country for Google WiFi. As you set the devices up there in New Zealand, it's going to continue to fail for that reason. I don't know if or when New Zealand might become a supported region, but usually those decisions have to do with local restrictions or regulations on WiFi standards and equipment.
I know that doesn't solve the issue, but I hope it explains it for you. If you're looking for a WiFi network there, you will need to look into options that are supported locally. If there's anything else I can do for you, just let me know.
Thanks.
