I just installed the Google Nest Wifi Mesh router with 2 extender points. I haven't been able to find an option to make my network "hidden". Is there a way to do this? I've always done it on all my other routers, I just can't find how to do it on this one.
Hiding the network is not supported. It's no longer considered a best practice from a security standpoint and just makes connecting new devices more difficult.
I just wanted to follow up real fast to see if you saw MichaelP's reply and explanation. As he mentioned, there's not a way to hide the network. I did want to check to see if you had any other questions or needed anything else. If there's more you need, just let me know.
