Thanks for reaching out to the community with your question. Let me give you some insight into what is going on and let you know what we can do to sort this out.

So each WiFi point or router can only be set up for a single network at a time. If you move it from one network to another, it will be looking for the previous network's settings to operate. In order to use the WiFi network in another setting, you would need to factory reset the device and set it up as if it were a new device each time you move.
