Sorry to hear about the setup issues you're having with your WiFi points. That sounds like a frustrating experience and I'll be happy to help. I do have some questions that should help us diagnose the issue.

  • Is it just the WiFi point that won't complete setup, or is it the entire network?
  • Are you using the Google Home app to perform setup?
  • Are you seeing any error messages? Where is it failing on setup?
  • Do you have an active Internet connection from your ISP?
