The only way to fix it is turn off my phones wifi and turn it back on. However, that doesn't fix it for good.
Firstly, please restart your Nest Wifi system and your mobile phone. After this, forget the network on your mobile phone and attempt to reconnect. See if this resolves the issue.
If this doesn't work, please ensure Nest Wifi network name is different to that of your routers network name. For example, don't have the router broadcasting the network "Wifi1" and the Nest Wifi broadcasting a connection with the same name.
If these suggestions do not work, come back and let us know.
