Recently purchased DTH101 gas fireplace remote " Turn ON/OFF and monitor your fireplace from anywhere in the world or at home by your IOS or Android Smartphone." From www.thermomart.com as managed by eWeLink app in google play store.
I cannot pair the physical device to setup remote. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Smartphone.
According to the setup information the device in question (DTH101) cannot pair unless router is 2.4G only - 5G needs to be temporarily turned off.
Please help with this pairing process.
