Hi,

I have a Google WiFi (1st Gen) working in my home, and I just have problems of conectivity with my Macbook Pro. Sudenly the MAC lose the conectivity with the default gateway... I can't ping to the 192.168.86.1 from the MAC. I try to disconnect the MAC, shut the wireless interface, without success... and the only way to fix this, is wait until the time resolve the misterious issue... The rest of the devices doesn't have any problem...

Anyone have this issue? any help to try to fix or how to start to troubleshooting?

Thanks!

Emiliano

Hi Emiliano,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the connection of your Macbook. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

  • Are you getting any messages when trying to reconnect to the Wifi?
  • Can your Macbook connect to other network?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Edward
