MagentaTV over Google WiFi not working

Hi,

so I switched to Google WiFi about a month ago and since then MagentaTV (aka entertain tv or whatever, a form of IPTV) is stuttering. I found this question https://support.google.com/googlenest/thread/336512/google-wifi-not-working-with-telekom-entertain-t... but don't know how to set up the subclassing part. Can someone please explain to me what subclassing is, what it does in this case and how I set it up?

Sorry for the issues you're having with the IPTV service on your WiFi setup. I know that can be frustrating. Let's see how we can get this worked out for you.

So with your situation let's start a bit more simple and worry about more complicated measures later. Hopefully we can come up with an easier solution for you first. Putting your modem from your ISP into bridge mode is where I think it's best to start. Instructions for that are found here: https://bit.ly/391vpMq

Once you have that set, see if things work normally for you. If we still are struggling, there's additional steps we can investigate. Let me know what happens, and hopefully this resolves it.
