My internet connection seems to drop off for a minute or two per hour, and this worries me for a number of reasons -- and is disruptive when trying to work or meet. I would very much like to know whether the problem is within my house, or outside it, and so I'd like to log the router to know when it loses connectivity.
Is there a way to see Internet connectivity logs, or do I need to get a separate external device?

Hi, Cathryn,
I got the device about six months ago; I get my service through WebPass. My speed tests show up fine -- a recent one, for example, showed 629 Mbps down / 718 up. My entire equipment set is the webpass-provided network device drop, the Google Nest Pro, and a single extender (a second Wifi Pro).
Again, the question I am asking is: Is there a way for me to find out how my network has been doing? In other routers I have owned, I could look at the logs, or have them report data. On the Google Nest, I have not found one.

Hello @dafisher!
Thanks for your response and the additional information.
We understand how frustrating connectivity issues can be. Unfortunately, your Google Nest Router doesn't provide access to detailed connectivity logs.
We recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider. They have the tools and expertise to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. We're here to help in any way we can.
Regards,
Catheryn.
