How do I move. Nest point? Is it just a matter of unplugging and replugging and letting the app direct me? Thanks.

Correct. It should reconnect to the wireless mesh once it's plugged in to power again, given that the new placement is within reach.
Here is some guidance on placement, in case it's relevant:
If you are moving it to a new place however, to a new/ different network, you must first factory reset it ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en ) then add it to the new Google Home home network with the Google Home app ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301?hl=en ).
