I have 12 Nest Wifi Pro routers serving three floors of 7,000 sq ft space. Currently, no router is more than 10-20 feet away and 7 out of 12 are showing a weak connection. Three of these points are just 15 feet from the main router. Any ideas why the performance of my network is so poor?

I reduced the number of points to 5 and it did help boost signal strength. I still have one weak point but the other 4 (1 wired and 3 wireless) are showing "good" signal strength. The fifth one is on a different floor and showing "weak." Does anyone know if "weak" on a different floor is better than moving it downstairs closer to the router if that improves its strength? I am also considering connecting it wired via a MOCA connection.
MoCA is going to depend on the quality of the coaxial cable good through the house, but it will help with backhauling. As for the quality on the weakest one, that could be a case of signal degradation from a thicker wall or obstacles in the way. So physical compensation, like moving the it closer to one of the points or router, may be required to strengthen the signal of the 5th one
