I have the Nest Wifi model H2D with 2 points. The wifi connectivity has been so slow for about a month. I have tried Unplugging the Modem and Router (and both points), I have restarted the Network. Nothing is helping.
Webpages are so slow to open on my laptop and my Pixel 8. By slow I mean it takes 30 seconds or more to open a webpage.
Here are the speedtest results from this morning (and very typical of each speedtest).
10/4/2024 - Speedtest by Ookla
Download Speed 1.37mbps
Download Latency 36
Upload Speed 10.62 mbps
Upload Latency 456
10/04/2024 - Speedtest from Google Home app
Download 4.75 mbps
Upload 26.6 mbps
Is there any solution I could try to get things back to a normal speed?
Additional Note: when I try to use the Help in the Home app, I get a message that they are experiencing extremely high contact volume right now and estimated wait times will be higher than normal.

before running down a rabbit hole, try connecting your laptop directly to your ISPs modem, and see if your speed increases. If it does not, then there is an issue with your internet provider, if there is, then you can try to troubleshoot the nest routers.

Turns out I have the wrong ISP. 🫤 Gonna have to switch!
