Nest Wifi Says Im Not Connected To Internet

Okay so, in the Google Nest Wifi app, it says that my iphone isn’t connected to internet, but i litteraly have wifi. But sometimes my wifi stops working for like 5 minutes then comes back again. But most of the time things keep loading and loading. How do i fix this? I want to be connected to internet!!
