Hi all,
I had no problems for over a year with the Nest Wifi until recently my apartment building changed some details of their service package with Spectrum.
Since the change, my Nest Wifi router has been unable to connect to the modem through the ethernet cable. Factory resets of the Nest router and resets of the ISP modem have been unsuccessful. Any thoughts why this could have happened and how to fix?

It's pretty hard for us to even make an educated guess here, without more information. Have you contacted your apartment management and/or Spectrum directly about this?

@shothecrow, we are short on information to identify how we can tackle this. David_K is right. You may need to contact your apartment management and/or Spectrum directly. We don’t know if your apartment requires individual modem provisioning for the service passthrough coming from Spectrum. Did you have a chance to know if the modem is getting internet access by directly plugging it into a computer via an Ethernet connection? Kindly give us more details. We look forward to your response.
