Hi there,
I am living in a shared house with somehow 3 floors. I live on the 3rd.
I was thinking of purchasing the Nest Wi-fi. The internet is really poor as everyone is using it with many devices connected.
My questions are, will it reach ok from floor to floor to get to my room, I believe a would need a router and 2 points.
And my second question and most important. Will the router from the provider work for the people in the flat to connect to and me to use the Nest only by myself and only my devices ?
Hope so otherwise do you have any suggestions please ?

It's a difficult question to answer given we don't know anything about floor/ceiling construction or distances. And you actually want to try and get all the points within reasonable range of the Nest wifi router to provide the best result.
You'll also likely have some issues trying to hook the Nest router up to the ISP's router, again it's best to have the Nest Wifi router connected directly to the ISP's modem.

Hi guys, thank you for your reply. I have purchased one nest router and a point but did not connect them yet as I am not at the location yet to connect them. I will come back if I have further questions.
Thank you
