Nest wi-fi router no stops playing music immediately after starting

I'm no longer able to play music from my Google nest WiFi device. Either via casting from my device or asking the device directly, when I do so the music starts for a second and then immediately stops. I do not have this issue on any other device. I have rebooted, unplugged the device and left overnight and restored it to factory settings and started again but after each of these I get the same issue

Hey, aldotcom.

Sorry for the playback issues you're having on your WiFi devices. I am sure that's frustrating to deal with. I'm happy to work with you to get this sorted out.

So this is actually a known bug right now and we're working on a fix. In the meantime, we can help you out. I'm going to contact you privately and we can go to next steps there.

Thanks.

Hey, aldotcom.

We actually discussed this issue today. I was just wondering real quickly which music provider you were using. Are you using Spotify, Pandora, or another app? Also, do you have any default media providers set up for your device?

Let me know and it will help us move this forward a bit more quickly.

Thanks.

Hey Jeff, I use YouTube music and have that set as my default music provider

Hey Jeff, any news on what's happening with my music? This has just today started happening in my home max as well. I can't play music, it stops immediately after I press play or ask Google to play it. I've rebooted my phone and device but the issue persists

Just unplugged, switched off mic, plugged back in and switched mic back on and now it is working 👍
