Nest wifi pro

My new nest wifi pro will not connect to my modem. It's a blade antenna that gets a signal from a microwave dish. I reconnected my old Google wifi that I had factory reset and it got an internet connection right away. I called my ISP and they said everything is DHCP, there's nothing I need from their end.

Thoughts?

Hi @fp3csu

Did you check different WAN settings so they would match your provider?
Please check THIS link about the WAN settings.

Hi, thank you for the info. The WAN is set to dynamic as required by the ISP.

Hi @fp3csu

Which firmware version is your Wifi Pro running?

I know that the latest version does fix some issues, the current version: 1.63.355999.
If you have a older version please try to connect your Nest Wifi Pro router to a location that could work with internet. I know it is not easy to do so but worth a shot.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I was able to insert an old tp link router between the modem and the nest wifi pro and this made it work.
