Our Nest Wifi stopped working so we're trying to start again. It has a blinking white light and the Google Home app says it is offline. The device appears as "setup2248.ytd" in our networks but strangely, several of our devices are able to connect to it and access the web without using a password.
Has anyone experienced this? We would like to set it up the Google Home app properly.

Yes same issue here, located in SEQ.

We mucked around for many, many hours but in the end we fixed it. I think the thing that solved it was to go online to our ISP's website, where we were able to log into our account and change the IP address. It seemed to come good almost straight away after that with our previous Wifi login details.

Thank you, i had to do a couple of factory resets which was annoying, no idea what the fault was. Thanks for your help
