Will there be any update to the listed software above?

I'm receiving false Offline notification from the Google Home app. I thought it was an issue with the Experiment Preview of the Google Home app. But it's not. 

I've done the preliminary troubleshooting:

• Unplug/Plug (30 seconds)
• Network reset from the Google Home app
• Factory Reset (From Google Home app and manually)

But still receive notification that my routers are offline. I've tested all the routers by connecting directly into the routers via ethernet cable (with wireless turned off) and connect my laptop. The test confirms that I still have Internet connectivity. 

So wondering if this is a software issue with Google Wi-Fi . Or is it an issue with Google Home app?

Hi S_Walker,

How are you doing? Checking in to see the status of your connection. Are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Which Google/Nest router are we working with? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet on your modem? Do you still experience the offline issue with your Wifi routers?
