Hi, Shantanu Agarwal 5543.
Sorry for the issues you're having trying to get an account added to your Home through the app. I know that can be quite frustrating to deal with. Let's see what is happening and come up with a fix.
Before we go too deep on things, I just want to verify. Is this account that you're trying to invite either a GSuite account or an account that a minor uses? If so, neither of these account types are able to receive invites to share the Home account.
If you are using a different type of account, let me know and we can look to see if there are other causes in play. Thanks.

Hi, Shantanu Agarwal 5543.
I just wanted to touch base real fast to see if you were able to get this worked out and to see if there's anything else I can do for you here. If you still need some support on this, just let me know.
Thanks.

I had to return my Chromecast because of this.
We use Goolge Workspace for my familiy on our own domain and it is not possible to use Google Chromecast fully witih a G-Suite or Google Workspace account.
That is the case for all Google Home products 😞

Hi, asbjorn.
Sorry to hear that you weren't able to make the product work out for you. Yes, G Suite and Google Workspace accounts can complicate using the products and right now only personal accounts are supported. Hopefully down the road you will be able to find a use for Google Home with your personal accounts. Due to the shared nature of those accounts with other accounts, it makes integration with Home very difficult.
For now, I'm going to go ahead and close the thread. If anyone has more to add or any additional questions, please feel free to open a new discussion.
Thanks.
