I have Google Nest WiFi Pro 6E with four access points. Every device in my house connects with speeds of 600+ mbps upload and download except my PlayStation 5; the PlayStation only gets 40-150 mbps download, and 10-30 mbps upload. It also frequently drops or lags when playing. I’ve tried:
Nothing has worked so far. I’ve read other similar posts in the community, but none of them really solves the problem. It’s the only device that has issues in the home.

Is using an ethernet cable an alternative? It will give better performance and reliability. Heres more info from a previous reply:
If pulling an ethernet cable all the way isn't an option, maybe ethernet over coax (MoCA) or powerline?
If you want to go wireless: Could be that the PS5 is placed too close to the Nest Wifi unit? Found this info here:
One last thing, not relevant to wireless vs. wired: You say you've disabled Wi-Fi on your ISP equipment, but is it in bridge/bypass mode? Else you likely have double NAT, which can affect performance (speed, latency, reliability) and cause strange problems. More on that:

Yes, ethernet cable from one of yhe Nest Wifi units' LAN port, preferably the main/primary one. Either directly from the Nest Wifi unit, or add an unmanaged switch to get more ethernet ports. 🙂

I use an ethernet from an access point to the PS5 unit, yes. The problem persists.
Concerning IP bridge/pass through mode, I’ve enabled that setting on the main AT&T gateway using the DHCPS-fixed instructions here:
Testing the connection, download speed on the PS5 seems good, and is testing at 565 mbps. Not sure if this fixed the problem. Upload speed is still abysmal, and tests at 14.1 mbps. Other devices, like phone and computer, are at 600+ mbps upload. To ensure I followed the instruction correctly, I add the Google Nest MAC address when enabling IP pass through (refer to the DHCPS-fixed portion of AT&T’s documentation), right?

I don't know how AT&T does bridge/bypass mode, but from a quick look at the URL you posted it sounds right.
Strange that the upload speed is still so poor on the PS5, but it should be sufficient for online gaming AFAIK. Reliability and latency (ping) are more important, right?
How do you test bandwidth from PS5?

The IP passthrough solution didn’t work. It may have improved the download speed (it tests normally at 500+ mbps) but upload is still low (it tests at 20-40 mbps). I’m using the PS5’s native network speed test in the network settings.
To your point about latency, the easiest way I know to test it is using Call of Duty’s (“COD”) native network setting; it shows (1) latency and (2) packet loss. When the game is performing well, latency is 5 - 15 ms and packet loss is 0%, but the game starts lagging typically 5 - 30 mins. into a session. When it’s lagging, latency is normally 36+ ms and packet loss is 8 - 70%.
I guess the next step is running an ethernet cable to the main router (roughly 50ft away). If I have to do that, though, it kind of defeats the point of the nest.

I have this exact issue, only device that has this problem. It's not an interference problem because other devices I put in the same location work great. Also experience the issue no matter if 2.4 or 5 Ghz
